Hi, While every newsletter is trying to feed you new data and information, I am going to try something different for this edition. I want to give you a gift! This is something that really helped me during one of the darkest periods of my life and continues to help to date. I vividly remember the moment when I discovered this - I was standing at a bus stop in Pittsburgh after work waiting for my bus (yes, public transport is actually good there) and listening to a podcast. The audio from the podcast touched my soul as it entered my ears and for a moment, made me tear up. I am glad that I was wearing sunglasses and didn't have to bear the shame of crying in public. Long story short, that exercise became one of the most important learning in my life.
