Hi,
Thanks to all of you for the overwhelming response to the last edition, I will try to share as much content like that as possible.
Here are some awesome things to learn from.
1. How to operate (Keith Rabois)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fQHLK1aIBs- Video
This one comment does justice to the content of this video
"This video has the highest density of content of all of these lectures so far. Like every 1 minute interval this guy is expressing some lesson that you can tell is backed up by years of emotional anchors. Very, very good."
2. The tyranny of ideas - Read
"Even after an idea becomes sufficiently popular to survive in the world without a host, it’s still difficult for creators to escape them, because ideas bond to their hosts in the form of reputation, like a virus that lives in one’s body forever. Reputation is the aggregation of ideas that have swarmed your body. Reputation is a list of your chronic afflictions."
3. Jeff Bezos: The electricity metaphor - Video.
This is one of my personal favorites, Jeff Bezos in all his glory in 2003.
4. 40 powerful concepts for understanding the world - Twitter thread.
This one is great and I learned a lot. Might feel too heavy for some but is worth it.
Bonus learning - 40 yr old memo from Nike’s 1st head of marketing, the late Rob Strasser. No matter what business you are in, this still holds up.

I love you all, keep going!
